8-oc.40 8 Construction of certain references in Sydney Olympic Park Authority Act 2001
(1)
A reference in the Sydney Olympic Park Authority Act 2001 to the Chief Executive (within the meaning of that Act) is to be construed as a reference to the person employed in the Public Service as the Chief Executive of the Sydney Olympic Park Authority.
