24-oc.4 24 Change of name of Department of Education and Training
(1)
The name of the Department of Education and Training is changed to the Department of Education and Communities.
(2)
The Department of Education and Communities is responsible to the following Ministers—
(a)
Minister for Education,
(b)
Minister for Citizenship and Communities,
(c)
Minister for Aboriginal Affairs,
(d)
Minister for Sport and Recreation.
(3)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Education and Training is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Education and Communities.
