(1)
The Department of Primary Industries is established as a Division of the Government Service.
(2)
The Department of Primary Industries is responsible to the following Ministers—
(a)
Minister for Trade and Investment,
(b)
Minister for Regional Infrastructure and Services,
(c)
Minister for Primary Industries.
