4-oc.113 4 Construction of references to Minister for Roads
(1)
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Roads is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Transport, except as provided by subclause (2).
(2)
The reference in clause 33 (2) (c) of the Public Sector Employment and Management (Departmental Amalgamations) Order 2009 to the Minister for Roads is to be construed as a reference to the Minister Assisting the Minister for Transport.
