2-oc.94 2 Construction of references to the Secretary of the Premier’s Department
A reference to the Secretary of the Premier’s Department in—
(a)
section 14 of the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984, or
(b)
section 17 of the Annual Reports (Departments) Act 1985, is to be construed as a reference to the Managing Director of the Property Services Group.
