6-oc.58 6 Transfer of certain Department of Industry staff to Department of Finance, Services and Innovation
(1)
The persons employed in the Department of Industry who are principally involved in the administration of the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901 are transferred to the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation.
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Industry is, if used in relation to the part of the Department referred to in subclause (1), to be construed as a reference to the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation.
