(1)
The Data Analytics Centre is transferred from the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation to the Treasury.
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation is, if used in relation to the Data Analytics Centre, to be construed as a reference to the Treasury.
(3)
The reference to the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation in the definition of Department in section 4 of the Data Sharing (Government Sector) Act 2015 is to be construed as a reference to the Treasury.
