8-oc.27 8 Construction of references to Minister for Community Services
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Community Services is to be construed—
(a)
if used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Family and Community Services, as a reference to the Minister for Family and Community Services, or
(b)
if used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Education, as a reference to the Minister for Education.
