8-oc.33 8 Construction of references to Minister for Hospitality, Gaming and Racing
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Hospitality, Gaming and Racing is to be construed—
(a)
as a reference to the Minister for Innovation and Better Regulation if used in or in relation to legislation administered by that Minister, or
(b)
in any other case, as a reference to the Minister for Racing.
