Administrative Changes Orders 1977–2023

The following are removed from the Land and Property Management Authority and added to the Department of Primary Industries—

the group of staff who, in the opinion of the Director-General of Premier and Cabinet, are principally involved in the administration of the Crown Lands Act 1989, the Soil Conservation Act 1938 and other Acts administered by the Minister for Primary Industries,

the groups of staff who are employed to enable the Lake Illawarra Authority or the Chipping Norton Lake Authority to exercise its functions.

In any document, a reference to the Land and Property Management Authority is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Primary Industries if the reference is used in relation to a group of staff referred to in subclause (1).
