22-oc.10 22 Transfer of parts of DPC to Department of Customer Service
(1)
The following parts of the Department of Premier and Cabinet are transferred to the Department of Customer Service—
(a)
Office of the Customer Service Commissioner,
(b)
Behavioural Insights Unit,
(c)
Government Communications Branch,
(d)
those persons employed in the Digital, Content and Sponsorships Branch who are principally involved in administering the nsw.gov.au website.
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Premier and Cabinet is, if used in relation to a part of that Department referred to in subclause (1), to be construed as a reference to the Department of Customer Service.
