7-oc.41 7 Amendment of Administrative Arrangements (Administrative Changes—Public Service Agencies) Order (No 2) 2015
(1)
Clause 5 Ministers to whom Public Service agencies responsible Omit “Minister for Veterans Affairs” from the matter relating to the Department of Justice in clause 5 (1).
(2)
Clause 5 (2) Insert “Minister for Planning” before “Minister for the Environment” in the matter relating to the Office of Environment and Heritage.
(3)
Clause 19 Effect of abolition of Public Service agency Omit “and a continuation of the abolished agency”.
Insert instead “of the abolished agency and, in the case of the Department of Industry, Skills and Regional Development, also a continuation of the abolished agency”.
