(1) Clause 5 Ministers to whom Public Service agencies responsible Omit “Deputy Premier, Minister for Regional New South Wales, Industry and Trade” and “Minister for Jobs, Investment, Tourism and Western Sydney” from the matter relating to the Treasury in clause 5(1).(2) Clause 5(2) Insert in appropriate order—
