4-oc.85 4 Abolition of Ministry of Energy and Utilities and transfer of branches
(1)
All branches are removed from the Ministry of Energy and Utilities and added to the Department of Energy, Utilities and Sustainability.
(2)
The Ministry of Energy and Utilities is abolished as a Department of the Public Service.
(3)
A reference in any Act or statutory instrument, or in any other instrument, or in any contract or agreement, to the Ministry of Energy and Utilities is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Energy, Utilities and Sustainability.
