12-oc.18 12 Construction of references to Minister for Police and Emergency Services
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Police and Emergency Services is to be construed—
(a)
as a reference to the Minister for Justice and Police if used in or in relation to legislation administered by that Minister, or
(b)
as a reference to the Minister for Emergency Services if used in or in relation to legislation administered by that Minister.
