In any document, a reference to the Minister for Natural Resources is to be construed as a reference to the Minster for Mines, except as provided by subclauses (2) and (3).
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Natural Resources is to be construed as a reference to the Minster for Land and Water Conservation, if the reference is used in or in relation to legislation administered by the latter Minister.
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Natural Resources is to be construed as a reference to the Minster for Agriculture and Fisheries, if the reference is used in or in relation to the Fisheries and Oyster Farms Act 1935.
