In any document, a reference to the Minister for State Development is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Economic Development, except as provided by subclauses (2) and (3).
In any document, a reference to the Minister for State Development is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Regional Development, if the reference is used in or in relation to the Albury-Wodonga Development Act 1974 or the Country Industries (Pay-roll Tax Rebates) Act 1977.
In any document, a reference to the Minister for State Development is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Small Business, if the reference is used in or in relation to the Small Business Development Corporation Act 1984.
