2-oc.219 2 Construction of certain references to Minister for Health
(1)
The reference in section 7 (3) (e) of the Centenary Institute of Cancer Medicine and Cell Biology Act 1985 to the Minister for Health of New South Wales is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Science and Medical Research.
(2)
A reference, in Schedule 2 to the Cancer Institute (NSW) Act 2003, to the Minister for Health is to be construed as a reference to the Minister Assisting the Minister for Health (Cancer).
