3-oc.255 3 Construction of references to Attorney General, and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence
In the Community Services (Complaints, Reviews and Monitoring) Act 1993 a reference to the Attorney General, and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence is to be construed as a reference to the Minister administering that Act.
