4-oc.139 4 Transfer of certain staff
(1)
The group of staff in the Department of Finance and Services who, in the opinion of the Public Service Commissioner, are principally involved in asset management under the Housing Act 2001 are removed from that Department and added to the Department of Family and Community Services.
(2)
A reference in any Act or statutory or other instrument, or in any contract or agreement, to the Department of Finance and Services is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Family and Community Services if the reference is used in relation to the group of staff referred to in subclause (1).
