Administrative Changes Orders 1977–2023

A reference to the Treasurer in any of the following provisions of the Waste Recycling and Processing Corporation (Authorised Transaction) Act 2010 is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Lands—

sections 7 (other than section 7 (5)) and 16 (2),

clause 3 (3) of Schedule 5,

clause 5 (2) of Schedule 5 and Schedule 3 to the extent that it relates to that subclause.

In section 20 of that Act—

a reference to the Treasurer is to be construed as a reference to the Treasurer or the Minister for Lands, and

a reference to the Secretary of the Treasury is to be construed as a reference to the Secretary of the Treasury or the Chief Executive of the Land and Property Management Authority.
