The persons employed in the Department of Premier and Cabinet to enable the Historic Houses Trust of New South Wales to exercise its functions are transferred to the State Archives and Records Authority of New South Wales Staff Agency.
A reference in a document to the Department of Premier and Cabinet is, if used in relation to the part of the Department referred to in subclause (1), to be read as a reference to the State Archives and Records Authority of New South Wales Staff Agency.
A reference in a document to the Secretary of the Department of Premier and Cabinet is, if used in relation to the part of the Department referred to in subclause (1), to be read as a reference to the Executive Director of the State Archives and Records Authority of New South Wales.
