13-oc.19 13 Abolition of Office of Local Government
(1)
The persons employed in the Office of Local Government are transferred to the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment.
(2)
The Office of Local Government is abolished.
(3)
In any document—
(a)
a reference to the Office of Local Government is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, and
(b)
a reference to the Chief Executive of the Office of Local Government is, subject to this Order, to be construed as a reference to the Secretary of the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment.
