9-oc.24 9 Construction of references to Minister for Infrastructure
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Infrastructure is to be construed—
(a)
as a reference to the Premier if used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Premier, or
(b)
in any other case, as a reference to the Minister for Transport and Infrastructure.
