16-oc.18 16 Transfer of certain DCS staff to DEIT
(1)
The persons employed in the Department of Customer Service who are principally involved in the administration of legislation allocated to the Minister for Hospitality and Racing are transferred to the Department of Enterprise, Investment and Trade.
(2)
A reference in a document to the Department of Customer Service is, if used in relation to the part of the Department referred to in subclause (1), to be read as a reference to the Department of Enterprise, Investment and Trade.
