6-oc.69 6 Amendment of Administrative Arrangements (Administrative Changes—Public Service Agencies) Order 2019
Clause 5 Ministers to whom Public Service agencies responsible Omit clause 5(1) and (2). Insert instead— (1) Each of the following Departments of the Public Service is responsible to the Minister or Ministers specified in relation to that Department—

| The Treasury | Treasurer Minister for Finance and Small Business |
| Department of Customer Service | Minister for Customer Service Minister for Digital Minister for Better Regulation and Innovation |
| Department of Planning, Industry and Environment | Minister for Planning and Public Spaces Minister for Water, Property and Housing Minister for Energy and Environment Minister for Local Government |
| Department of Transport | Minister for Transport and Roads Minister for Regional Transport and Roads |
| Ministry of Health | Minister for Health and Medical Research Minister for Mental Health, Regional Youth and Women |
