3-oc.138 3 Abolition of Department of Sport and Recreation and transfer of branches
(1)
All branches are removed from the Department of Sport and Recreation and added to the Department of Tourism, Sport and Recreation.
(2)
The Department of Sport and Recreation is abolished as a Department of the Public Service.
(3)
A reference in any Act or statutory instrument, or in any other instrument, or in any contract or agreement, to the Department of Sport and Recreation is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Tourism, Sport and Recreation.
