Administrative Changes Orders 1977–2023

Except as provided by subclause (2), a reference in a document to the Minister for Water, Property and Housing is to be read—

if used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Homes—as a reference to the Minister, or

if used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Lands and Water—as a reference to the Minister, or

in other cases—as a reference to the Minister for Planning.

A reference in or in relation to the Local Government Act 1993, sections 57–66, 409 or 439–440H, or the Local Government (General) Regulation 2021, section 21, 138 or 147 to the Minister for Water, Property and Housing is to be read as a reference to the Minister administering the Water Management Act 2000.
