40-oc.2 40 Transfer of certain Department of Human Services staff to Ministry for Police and Emergency Services
(1)
The group of staff in the Department of Human Services who are principally involved in the provision of disaster welfare assistance are removed from that Department and added to the Ministry for Police and Emergency Services.
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Human Services is to be construed as a reference to the Ministry for Police and Emergency Services if the reference is used in relation to the group of staff referred to in subclause (1).
