3-oc.163 3 Establishment of Sydney Olympic Park Authority Aquatic and Athletic Centres Division
(1)
The Sydney Olympic Park Authority Aquatic and Athletic Centres Division is established as a Division of the Government Service.
(2)
The employment of staff in the Sydney Olympic Park Authority Aquatic and Athletic Centres Division is limited to staff who are not subject to Chapter 2 of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002.
