4-oc.72 4 Construction of certain references to Minister for the Olympics
(1)
Except as provided by subclause (2), any reference in any document to the Minister for the Olympics is to be construed as a reference to the Treasurer.
(2)
Any reference in the Sydney Entertainment Centre Act 1980 or in any other document made or entered into under that Act to the Minister for the Olympics is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Urban Affairs and Planning.
